I fell asleep on the boat and was the last to get off and missed the bus to the main city. I had to pay $50 bucks to get into town. </p> <p>The second photo is from a procession outside the great cathedral in Cologne, Germany</p> <p>The third photo was taken on the border of Croatia and Bosnia Hercegovina. Its been around my whole life, in fact it was the camera my Dad used when I was born. For film, I use Portra 35mm. I don’t use digital at all outside of my iPhone. For me, there needs to be a struggle as a photographer, and going into the darkroom, and trying to reconcile how a shot could have been perfect if you did this/or that teaches you important lessons when you’re out on the street shooting. You learn to frame or to take the shot twice if you weren’t confident.
